Dr. Oteri graduated from the Philadelphia College of Science and Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001.  She completed her internship and residency in Family Practice at Altoona Hospital, Altoona, Pennsylvania.  

She has been a practicing Family Medicine Physician in New Hampshire since 2004, opening her private practice in 2011.  

Dr. Oteri sees patients of all ages, and has a unique ability to understand complex medical conditions and get to the root cause of disease.
